National Land Monetization Corporation invites application for the post of Consultant (AGM) – Technical
National Land Monetization Corporation (NLMC) is a wholly owned Government of India company under Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. NLMC undertakes monetization of surplus land and building assets of Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) and other Government agencies. At present, CPSEs hold considerable surplus, unused and under used non-core assets in the nature of land and buildings. For CPSEs undergoing strategic disinvestment or closure, monetization of these surplus land and non-core assets is important to unlock their value. NLMC supports and undertake monetization of these assets. This also enables productive utilization of these under-utilized assets to trigger private sector investments, new economic activities, boost local economy and generate financial resources for economic and social infrastructure.

Minimum Experience: 8 Yrs.
Gross CTC: Rs. 2,00,000/- per month
Job Description/Experience: Person with experience in project conceptualization, planning and execution of projects in real estate and infrastructure development, dealing with development and government authorities etc should apply. Applicant should be working with AGM/Mgr in a PSU or AGM/Asst.Vice President in private organization with experience in areas mentioned.
Mode of Submission:

- Private sector applicants should submit duly filled applications directly in prescribed format. Other applicants should submit duly filled applications in prescribed format through proper channel/Cadre Controlling Authority
- A soft copy of the application proforma through proper channel along with self-attested documents shall be sent on the email id am-nlmc@gov.in with email subject line as – “Application for Consultant, NLMC” before last date of submission
- The physical copy of the application proforma along with certificate by employer and self-attested documents should be enclosed in single envelop and sent to the CEO, National Land Monetization Corporation, Room No. 401, Block No. 14, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi 110003
- The last date for submission of application in both digital and physical mode shall be same
